Playing with the Camera

Besides knitting I am learning to use my new camera features. So with tripod and camera; I went out and took this. Would have kept playing but ran out of battery power.

I Recently had cataract surgery and laser surgery on both of my eyes. For the first time in my life I don't have to rely on contacts, glasses and sometimes both. To the people are scared to have cataract surgery. I say life is too short not to be able to see the world around us. My cataracts were found in a routine eye exam; because I lost my eyeglasses and needed a new prescription in order to replace them. The first thing after the first surgery for my right eye. I noticed was the details, and vivid color. The astigmatism was fixed as well. After i had it done. i realized the eyeglass prescription for the astigmatism was never right for my contacts even before the cataracts.
